Merra AI – Terms of Service

Welcome to Merra. By accessing or using Merra AI ("the Service," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Merra AI provides an AI-powered platform that generates and edits videos from user-uploaded content. Features may evolve, and we may update or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Merra.
• By using the Service, you represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.

3. User Content & Responsibilities

• Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you upload (videos, images, audio, text).
• License: You grant Merra AI a limited license to process, transform, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
• Voice recordings: You confirm you have the necessary rights to upload and synthesize any voice recordings.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use Merra AI to generate or distribute illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate content.

AI Generated Content

Merra AI uses artificial intelligence to assist users in generating scripts, voiceovers, and edited videos. Users remain responsible for uploads and outputs. Merra AI may restrict access or remove content that violates these guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Merra AI owns rights to the platform, software, and models. You receive a broad right to use videos generated from your uploaded content.

5. No Guarantee of Compliance or Results

Merra AI does not guarantee platform policy compliance (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) or improved engagement/business results.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7–15. Additional terms

Free/trial accounts may be limited. Privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. Service is provided "as is." Liability is limited as described in the full terms. Governing law: Portugal. Contact: hello@merra.ai.
